U UNITY is the most powerful tool that we have at our disposal to re-unite our families, neighborhood, and communities which leads to ---

N NATIONAL unity which brakes the chains that binds the struggle for liberation of black people.

E EDUCATORS must re-educate ourselves and our children In the field of economic development, political science, engineering, scientific arts, and business administration.

T TEACHING go back to the source of our ELDERS' WISDOM and TEACH not regurgitate Information.

E ENTERTAINERS time to take off your minstrel face; God gave you the talent. Don't forget from whence you came, give back to your community for economic growth.

E EMPOWERMENT must politically elect those people who are knowledgeable and responsible to the people and not allow leaders to be chosen for us and to demand reparation for slavery of our ancestors (don't forget the 40 arces and the mule).

N NAJL is totally committed, and will expend all of it's energy to the principles stated above and dedicated to: The ---

T TRUTH we as a people must demand from the preachers, and the politicians, to truly lead or step down in the struggle for freedom of our people.

H HEALING we as descendants' of slaves have not gone through the healing process. We must correct the history books and tell the true story. Never must we forget the atrocity of slavery or it will repeat itself.
