The d'Zert Club, the world's largest African American youth organization of it's type is hosting its first annual Juneteenth parade and celebration in Philadelphia, PA on Saturday, June 19, 1999. The parade begins at 12 noon at Martin Luther King High School and ends with a celebration and bazaar at Leeds Middle School Playground. Approximately 5000 people are expected to attend.
