1998 Juneteeth Celebration in Kansas City, Missouri is being sponsored by The Black Archives of Mid-America, Inc. June 17-21 events will include: golf tournament, crowning of Mr. & Mrs. Juneteenth, a parade, a jazz musical, African wedding fashion show, jazz matinee (June 13), and a weekend full of gospel, jazz, classical, county western, reggae music, and national entertainment.
